Hey Crafty Friends,
Thanks for joining me again today for another new release from Altenew. It’s always such fun sharing something new and available in a bundle discount!
Todays’ Craft-a-Flower, Antique Rose is just gorgeous. Of course I love flowers, so they are all gorgeous to me!
For the middle rose I ink blended the Red Sunset color pallette in an “ombre” effect on a piece of white cardstock and die cut my pieces from dark to light colors. For the remaining two roses I die cut the layers from regular white cardstock and used them as stencils in variying shades of the color pallette.
The sentiments are embossed with the Obsidian Ink and clear embossing powder. The windows were created from a heart shaped die cut with the packaging plastic from the stamp set. This is agreat way to add an additional interesting element with something on hand at no extra expense.
A few sequins and it’s all done!
$200 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $20 gift certificate to 5 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 03/12/2021 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 7 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 03/15/2021.
I created an additional card using the same elements from The Craft a Flower Antique Rose set, but in a different way. Look how you can get a completely different style of card using the same elements!
As you can see I created a shaker card!
Thank you for stopping by today. On your way to the next stop, Seeka on the hop be sure to leave some comments.
